Hamilton emphasized the unprecedented access the filmmakers had to Formula 1, filming on actual race weekends with a fictional 11th team, APXGP, to ensure unparalleled realism. He revealed that advanced camera technology, partly derived from 'Top Gun: Maverick', was developed to immerse viewers, making them feel like they are truly inside the high-speed cars. Hamilton also detailed working closely with Brad Pitt, sharing insights into the physical and mental demands of F1 racing to help Pitt embody the role of veteran driver Sonny Hayes authentically.
