F3: Camara in top form in Barcelona to claim third win in 2025

Rafael Camara delivered a commanding performance at the Barcelona Feature Race, converting his pole position into his third victory of the 2025 Formula 3 season. The TRIDENT rookie expertly managed the initial run to Turn 1, fending off challengers, and skillfully navigated two Safety Car restarts to maintain his lead, further extending his advantage in the Drivers’ Championship. The race also saw Théophile Nael execute one of the season’s most remarkable overtakes in the closing stages, securing second place and ensuring all three Van Amersfoort Racing drivers claimed a podium finish over the Barcelona weekend. MP Motorsport’s rookie Alessandro Giusti made a dramatic last-lap pass at Turn 1 on Laurens van Hoepen, snatching the final podium spot and achieving his best result of the season so far. Elsewhere, title contender Nikola Tsolov recovered impressively from a slow start, climbing from eighth to fifth for Campos Racing in their home event, while Ivan Domingues followed his Sprint Race victory with a strong sixth-place finish.
