How McLaren are helping Norris re-find his mojo
McLaren has reportedly introduced a specialized front suspension system for Lando Norris, aiming to address his ongoing struggles with car feel in the 2025 challenger. The upgrade, first seen in Canada, features subtle modifications including slightly thicker upper wishbones, which Giorgio Piola's drawings suggest correlate with an increased king pin inclination. This engineering adjustment is designed to enhance steering feedback by creating a greater scrub radius, providing Norris with more detailed weighting sensations as the wheel turns. While teammate Oscar Piastri opted against the new specification, McLaren hopes this tailored solution will help Norris recover the precise car connection he enjoyed last season.
