GALLERY: Grosjean returns to wheel of F1 car with Haas

Romain Grosjean made an emotional return to Formula 1 testing on Friday,reuniting with his former team, Haas, at Italy's Mugello Circuit.This marks his first time back in an F1 cockpit since his dramatic fiery crashat the 2020 Bahrain Grand Prix.Driving the VF-23, Grosjean completed laps,donning a special helmet designed by his children,which he had intended to wear for his final 2020 race.The special Testing of Previous Car (TPC) event saw Haas Team Principal Ayao Komatsureprise his role as Grosjean’s race engineer,with F1 TV broadcaster James Hinchcliffe also participating in a separate feature.Ferrari's Fred Vasseur was also in attendance,witnessing Grosjean's poignant comeback.
