Catch up on FP3 in Baku as Norris leads the way
Lando Norris and McLaren bounced back to top the timesheets in the final practice session for the Azerbaijan Grand Prix. After a tricky FP2, Norris expertly navigated the slippery and windy Baku City Circuit, clocking a best time of 1m 41.223s on soft tyres.
This impressive performance placed him a couple of tenths ahead of Red Bull's Max Verstappen. His McLaren teammate, Oscar Piastri, secured third, followed by Ferrari's Lewis Hamilton and Mercedes' Kimi Antonelli. Despite a lack of major incidents or red flags, several drivers, including Charles Leclerc and Pierre Gasly, experienced brushes with the walls and trips to the run-off areas on the challenging circuit.
