Cadillac lose first F1 point after Perez penalty in Monaco

Sergio Perez's hopes for his first F1 point with Cadillac were dashed after the Monaco Grand Prix. Although he crossed the finish line in 10th place following a chaotic race marked by multiple safety cars and a red flag, a post-race investigation resulted in a penalty. Stewards determined that Perez was out of position on the grid during the final race restart following the red flag stoppage. As a consequence, the Mexican driver was handed a 10-second time penalty, which demoted him from 10th to 15th place in the final classification.
