Newey assesses Honda progress amid ‘buzz’ at Aston Martin

Aston Martin Team Principal Adrian Newey has offered an encouraging outlook on the team's internal progress, noting a strong team spirit and growing momentum at the Silverstone factory. Despite a challenging season, Newey sees many structural parallels between the current situation and his early days at Red Bull, emphasizing a shared drive to break down silos and improve the overall culture. At the same time, Newey admitted that power unit partner Honda is currently "a little bit behind" expectations compared to where Red Bull picked them up in 2019.
