Alpine announce Mike Elliott as Chief Technical Officer

Mike Elliott, former Mercedes technical lead, is set to return to Formula 1 as the new Chief Technical Officer for the Alpine team. Bringing over 23 years of experience, including stints at McLaren, Renault, and a highly successful tenure at Mercedes, Elliott is expected to bolster Alpine's engineering operations at Enstone. Alpine management emphasized that Elliott’s arrival is a strategic move to strengthen their technical capabilities. With a resume that boasts eight Constructors' and eight Drivers' Championships, the team hopes his expertise will help them improve track performance and bridge the competitive gap to the top four teams on the grid.
