Cadillac recruit technical leaders from Red Bull and Ferrari

This move follows the recent appointment of Marcin Budkowski as Team Principal, aiming to accelerate the team's long-term development. The new appointments include Craig Skinner as Chief Development Engineer, Eric Blandin as Head of Aerodynamics, and Tim Lean as Chief Engineer for Aerodynamics Modelling and Simulation.
