Mercedes appoint new Deputy Team Principal

Mercedes has officially promoted Bradley Lord to the role of Deputy Team Principal, a move designed to strengthen the team's senior leadership as the organization expands. Lord, who previously served as Chief Communications Officer, will support CEO and Team Principal Toto Wolff, formalizing a working relationship that has been effectively in place for some time. Wolff emphasized that this appointment is essential for managing the increasing complexities of Formula 1 operations. Lord brings over two decades of motorsport experience to the role, having started his career at Benetton in 2001.
