Miami and Montreal to host Formula 2 Rounds in 2026

Formula 2 will head to North America for the first time in 2026, with Miami and Montreal confirmed as hosts for Rounds 2 and 3. This adjustment follows the postponement of the Sakhir and Jeddah rounds. The championship will visit Miami from May 1-3, followed by Montreal from May 22-24, before resuming the European leg in Monaco. F1 and FIA leadership, including Stefano Domenicali, Mohammed Ben Sulayem, and F2 CEO Bruno Michel, expressed enthusiasm for the new venues. They emphasized that this move ensures a balanced calendar and global growth for the series, while reiterating their commitment to returning to Bahrain and Saudi Arabia in the future.
