Verstappen seals commanding Singapore victory

Red Bull's Max Verstappen secured his first-ever Singapore Grand Prix victory on his 250th career start, leading from lights to flag at the Marina Bay Street Circuit. Despite early pressure from Ferrari's Charles Leclerc and a mid-race radio issue, the four-time World Champion controlled the hot and humid race to claim his 73rd career win. Charles Leclerc finished second, 7.3 seconds adrift, while Mercedes rookie Kimi Antonelli completed the podium in third to extend his championship lead. McLaren's Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri took fourth and fifth, followed by Lewis Hamilton in sixth and Liam Lawson securing seventh for Racing Bulls. Nico Hulkenberg finished eighth for Audi, with George Russell and Isack Hadjar putting in impressive recovery drives from the back and pit lane respectively to round out the top ten. Meanwhile, retirements included Lance Stroll, Franco Colapinto, Gabriel Bortoleto, and Alex Albon.
