Vowles assesses impact of Williams' Baku upgrade

Williams has introduced a significant upgrade package for the Azerbaijan Grand Prix, featuring a revised, lighter chassis and a new aerodynamic setup. Team Principal James Vowles emphasized that while this is a step in the right direction, it is primarily part of a long-term plan to improve performance for next year and beyond. Drivers Carlos Sainz and Alex Albon tested the new components during Friday's practice sessions. Despite some initial challenges and a minor brake issue for Sainz, the team remains cautiously optimistic about the progress. Vowles noted that fine-tuning the balance and ride height of the updated car will take time, and while the goal is to be more competitive, it does not guarantee immediate points.
