Lawson and Lindblad reflect on mixed Japanese GP for Racing Bulls
Liam Lawson secured a P9 finish for Racing Bulls at the Japanese Grand Prix, marking his third consecutive points finish. Starting from 14th on the grid, Lawson benefited from a well-timed pit stop under the Safety Car to climb into the points. He expressed satisfaction with the team's ability to rebalance the car following a challenging qualifying session, though he noted that there is still performance to be unlocked from the VCARB 03.
Teammate Arvid Lindblad faced a tougher outing, finishing 14th after a promising start in the top ten. Despite an impressive qualifying performance, Lindblad struggled with energy management during the opening stint and suffered from a slow pit stop, further compounded by the timing of the Safety Car. The rookie remains focused on learning and improving from his first experience at the Suzuka Circuit.
