Albon admits ‘nothing’s been working’ for Williams in Hungary

Alex Albon described Williams as "way too slow" during Hungarian Grand Prix Qualifying, resulting in his worst starting position since 2022 at P20. Despite a strong performance in Belgium, Albon struggled with uncharacteristically poor one-lap pace at the Hungaroring, failing to advance past Q1. He attributed the issues mainly to not accounting for cooler track temperatures, which led to cold tires and a spiraling performance decline. His teammate, Carlos Sainz, also faced difficulties but managed to qualify 13th, acknowledging that the Hungaroring has been a challenging track for Williams, limiting their realistic chances of scoring points despite their best efforts.
