Audi reveals new Formula 1 campus plans in Hinwil

Audi is significantly expanding its Formula 1 presence with plans for a new, state-of-the-art campus in Hinwil, Switzerland. Located less than a kilometer from the current Sauber base, the new facility is expected to be fully operational by 2030, with some parts already in use since this past summer. The project aims to centralize operations and attract top-tier talent, while the existing site will be repurposed for manufacturing and wind tunnel testing. Power unit development will continue in Neuburg, Germany, with the technical center in Bicester, UK, remaining as part of the team's infrastructure. Team Principal Mattia Binotto emphasized that the campus is designed to foster a collaborative culture and long-term success for the Audi project.
