Hyundai Motor Company hosts esports tournament in collaboration with mobile racing game 'Racing Master'

Hyundai Motor Company announced that it will host the 'Hyundai N x Racing Master Cup' offline finals at the Dongdaemun Design Plaza (DDP) in Seoul on September 19, in collaboration with the popular mobile racing game 'Racing Master'. This event is part of the 'Game Esports Seoul (GES)' organized by the Seoul Metropolitan Government and features top competitors from South Korea, Japan, Southeast Asia, and Hong Kong competing for the Asian championship title. This tournament marks the first official esports collaboration between Hyundai N and Racing Master, designed to bring the high-performance philosophy and motorsport DNA of the N Brand to the mobile sim-racing world. The Avante N will serve as the official race car for the finals, marking the first time a Hyundai N vehicle has been selected as the official car for a global mobile racing esports tournament. In addition to the competition, Hyundai will host an experiential booth from September 18 to 20, allowing visitors to participate in lap-time challenges and experience the various N Brand vehicles available in the game. Furthermore, Hyundai will kick off the first round of its flagship sim-racing tournament, the 'Hyundai N Virtual Cup', at the GES venue on September 20. Park Jun-woo, Vice President of the N Management Office at Hyundai Motor Company, stated that this collaboration signifies an expansion of their sim-racing activities from console and PC platforms into the mobile domain, reinforcing their commitment to broadening the base of domestic motorsport culture through diverse gaming platforms.
