Genesis Magma Racing sees positives among lessons to learn in Brazil

Genesis Magma Racing concluded the 6 Hours of São Paulo with a focus on progress after successfully achieving their first-ever finish with both GMR-001 Hypercars running reliably without technical issues. Despite the achievement, the team faced challenges with race penalties and traffic management on the tight Interlagos circuit, ultimately leaving the team outside the points. Team Principal Cyril Abiteboul and other leadership noted the weekend as a significant learning experience. While the lack of points was disappointing, the data gathered on this new track and the flawless reliability of the cars provide a strong foundation for the next stage of the WEC season, with the team now preparing for the upcoming race in Austin.
