Lando Norris secured his first Sprint pole of the season at Interlagos, continuing his impressive run of form in Sao Paulo. The McLaren driver dominated the qualifying session, topping both the sole practice and Sprint Qualifying. He edged out Mercedes' Andrea Kimi Antonelli by a mere 0.097s margin with a blistering lap of 1m 09.243s. Antonelli proved to be his closest challenger, highlighting Mercedes' strong performance on soft tyres. Norris's commanding display leaves his competitors, including teammate Oscar Piastri, trailing and sets the stage for an exciting Sprint race.
