Perez and Bottas reflect on Cadillac's Dutch Grand Prix

Cadillac is experiencing a difficult maiden season in Formula 1, remaining the only team yet to score a point after the Dutch Grand Prix. Despite the challenging standings, driver Sergio Perez expressed optimism regarding the team's progress, noting that recent car upgrades and set-up adjustments at Zandvoort yielded improved pace, especially when clear of traffic. Perez believes that while the car is showing promise, the team still requires an additional performance gain of half a second to a second to compete consistently within the midfield pack. Meanwhile, teammate Valtteri Bottas faced another setback, retiring due to a hydraulic issue. This marked his sixth DNF of the season, and the team is currently investigating the root cause to prevent further reliability struggles.
