Piastri tops FP2 in Singapore amid two red flags

Oscar Piastri set the fastest time in a chaotic Free Practice 2 session for the Singapore Grand Prix, which saw two red flags and a bizarre pit lane collision. The McLaren driver's 1m 30.714s lap put him ahead of Isack Hadjar, Max Verstappen, and Fernando Alonso. Piastri's teammate Lando Norris finished fifth after a strange incident in the pit lane with Charles Leclerc. The session was initially halted when George Russell crashed at Turn 16, and later again when Liam Lawson suffered a significant incident at Turn 17, bringing his damaged Racing Bulls car to a stop.
