Norris 'not happy with a P4' finish in Singapore GP
Lando Norris expressed frustration after finishing fourth at the Singapore Grand Prix, admitting that McLaren is currently the fourth-fastest team on the grid and lacks the pace to fight for race wins. Despite moving up during the race and battling Lewis Hamilton for the final podium spot, the Briton stated that he is not satisfied with fourth place as the team needs to bring further upgrades to close the gap to Red Bull.
Meanwhile, McLaren teammate Oscar Piastri salvaged a fifth-place finish after overcoming an unscheduled mid-race pit stop for a slow puncture. Piastri noted that the team simply lacked the overall pace compared to Max Verstappen and Charles Leclerc, limiting their ability to challenge at the very front.
