The 15 Italian F1 race winners Antonelli now joins
Kimi Antonelli has made history by winning the Chinese Grand Prix, becoming the 16th Italian driver to claim an F1 race victory and the second-youngest winner in the sport's history.
This landmark achievement marks the first time an Italian driver has won a Grand Prix in 20 years, ending a drought that lasted since Giancarlo Fisichella’s 2006 victory in Malaysia. Antonelli, who also recently became the youngest polesitter, joins a prestigious list of Italian victors including legendary figures like Giuseppe 'Nino' Farina and Alberto Ascari.
