McLaren set out plan for ‘circular F1 car’ in sustainability report

McLaren has published its 2025 sustainability report, showcasing significant progress in environmental innovation, including the development of OSCAR, a robotic coral-seeding machine designed to accelerate marine restoration. The company is also working on a 'Circular Car Roadmap' to minimize waste and environmental impact throughout the lifecycle of their F1 cars. Beyond technical innovation, McLaren reported a 15% reduction in total waste and increased efforts toward diversity, including signing three female drivers to their development program.
