Bilinski inherits maiden win after Tramnitz penalised
Rodin Motorsport's Roman Bilinski secured his maiden Formula 3 victory at the Monza Sprint Race after Tim Tramnitz, who initially crossed the line first, received a 10-second post-race penalty. Tramnitz's infringement during the starting procedure demoted him to 18th place. Bilinski, starting seventh, had already made strong progress to finish second on track before inheriting the win. Martinius Stenshorne for Hitech TGR moved up to second, with ART Grand Prix's Laurens van Hoepen claiming third. Ugo Ugochukwu, who finished ninth, will start from the front row in Sunday's Feature Race.
