Mercedes confirm date for first look at 2026 F1 car

Mercedes has unveiled its plans for the 2026 Formula 1 season launch, aiming for a strong comeback after several challenging years. Renders of their new car, the Mercedes-AMG F1 W17 E PERFORMANCE, designed under F1's all-new regulations, will be revealed on digital channels on January 22. This will be followed by a dedicated digital season launch show on February 2, featuring CEO Toto Wolff and drivers George Russell and Kimi Antonelli. The Silver Arrows are determined to reclaim their championship-winning form, having not secured a title in the ground-effect era. The season is set to kick off in Australia from March 6-8, with many other teams already outlining their pre-season schedules.
