Outstanding Kato claims maiden F3 victory in Monza Sprint Race

ART Grand Prix driver Taito Kato secured a remarkable victory in the Formula 3 Sprint Race at Monza, climbing from ninth on the grid to take the win. Kato successfully defended his lead against TRIDENT's Freddie Slater in the closing two laps to claim victory at the iconic 'Temple of Speed'. Championship leader Freddie Slater advanced from 12th to second place, extending his championship lead to 17 points ahead of the Feature Race. Hiyu Yamakoshi of Van Amersfoort Racing completed the podium, while Yevan David finished fourth following a late overtake on Alessandro Giusti.
