What tyres will the teams have for the Mexico City GP?
Pirelli has announced the tyre compound selections for the upcoming Mexico City Grand Prix at the Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez, opting for the C3 as hard, C4 as medium, and C5 as soft. This represents a step softer compared to the previous year.
A major talking point for the weekend is the extensive resurfacing work carried out on large portions of the circuit, which is expected to bring higher grip levels and a more pronounced track evolution. Due to the low-severity nature of the track and high altitude, teams will need to carefully manage graining, rear tyre stress, and heavy braking zones.
