Williams Austria performance 'not good enough' – Sainz
Williams endured a challenging Austrian Grand Prix as both Carlos Sainz and Alex Albon struggled for pace throughout the weekend. Sainz, who was forced to retire on lap 23 due to a power failure, noted that while his car felt better during the race, the team's overall performance remains below expectations. He looks forward to the upcoming upgrades at Silverstone to improve competitiveness.
Albon finished the race in P17, two laps down from the leaders. He admitted the team lacked the necessary pace to challenge the midfield and hopes that the new aerodynamic package scheduled for the British Grand Prix will allow Williams to close the gap on their rivals.
