Norris co-founds new junior single-seater team

Reigning F1 World Champion Lando Norris has officially launched a new multi-championship junior single-seater team, LN4 Fusion, alongside a driver development initiative called the LN4 Legacy Programme. The new team will compete in the Italian F4 Championship, FRECA, and Formula 3, with ambitions to enter Formula 2, having already acquired assets from AIX Racing to secure an F3 entry through 2027. Helmed by an investment group led by Dan Richards, the team features motorsport veteran Rene Rosin as Team Principal, while Dan Hazlewood oversees UK operations. The LN4 Legacy Programme, personally funded by Norris and managed by Julian Rouse, aims to provide young talents with comprehensive coaching and career support. Norris emphasized that these projects seek to provide the same critical guidance and opportunities he received during his own ascent to Formula 1, aiming to nurture the next generation of racing stars through a professional and supportive ecosystem.
