Piastri explains ‘unfortunate’ Sao Paulo Sprint crash

Oscar Piastri's Sao Paulo Grand Prix Sprint ended prematurely on Lap 6 after a "silly mistake" saw him crash out at Turn 3. The McLaren driver attributed the incident to taking too much kerb on a damp track.
