Tsolov storms to Silverstone pole

Nikola Tsolov clinched his second consecutive Formula 3 pole position at Silverstone, delivering a sensational last-gasp lap to top Qualifying. The Campos Racing driver, fresh from his Spielberg success, posted a 1m 45.043s to snatch P1. After initially leading, Tsolov faced intense pressure from championship leader Rafael Câmara and Ugo Ugochukwu. In a nail-biting finish, Tsolov edged out Ugochukwu by a mere 0.023s, with the American splitting Tsolov and Câmara, who secured third. Mari Boya completed a strong showing for Campos in fourth, while Tim Tramnitz rounded out the top five.
