Max Verstappen is set to make his debut at the Nürburgring 24 Hours this season, piloting a Mercedes AMG-GT3 decked in a Red Bull livery. The Red Bull driver, who secured his Nordschleife racing permit last year, will compete in the endurance event in May between the Miami and Canadian Grands Prix. Racing alongside teammates Dani Juncadella, Jules Gounon, and Lucas Auer, Verstappen expressed excitement about tackling one of the world's most challenging circuits, noting that the 'old-school' paddock environment offers a refreshing change from Formula 1.
