Hyundai Motor Company announced that the The New Avante N TCR secured victory at the fifth round of the 2026 TCR World Tour held at Inje Speedium from October 2 to 4. Mikel Azcona of BRC Hyundai N Squadra Corse won the first and third final races, adding 89 points to maintain his first place in the 2026 season driver standings. Norbert Michelisz finished third in the first and third final races and seventh in the second, securing second place in the driver standings with a total of 70 points for the round. The BRC Hyundai N Squadra Corse team maintained second place in the overall team standings with 583 points, while the sixth round of the TCR World Tour is scheduled for October 16 to 18 in Chengdu, China.
