F1 25 out now – with 'F1' movie integration and the return of ‘Braking Point’ story mode
The highly anticipated F1 25 video game has officially launched worldwide, promising an immersive experience with a host of new features and enhanced realism. Players can now step into the shoes of a team owner in the revamped 'My Team 2.0' mode, managing every aspect of their operation from engineering to corporate strategy, and even switching between their two drivers during race weekends. The fan-favorite story mode, 'Braking Point', also makes a thrilling return, allowing players to continue the narrative of the fictional Konnersport team from multiple perspectives, and carry their legacy into other game modes. A major highlight is the integration of APXGP, the fictional Formula 1 team from the upcoming "F1 The Movie". Players who opt for the F1 25 Iconic Edition can even play as movie characters Sonny Hayes and Joshua Pearce from June 25th. The game's authenticity is further boosted with five more circuits – Bahrain, Imola, Melbourne, Miami, and Suzuka – now digitally scanned using LiDAR technology, offering unparalleled track accuracy. Lewis Hamilton graces the cover of the Iconic Edition, bringing exclusive in-game perks, while Oliver Bearman, Oscar Piastri, and Carlos Sainz feature on the standard edition.
