Dunne relaunches F2 title bid with Baku Feature Race 1 win

Alex Dunne has reignited his Formula 2 title hopes with a commanding victory in the Azerbaijan feature race. The Rodin Motorsport and Alpine Academy driver converted his pole position into his first win of the 2026 season, securing his third consecutive podium finish. Following a mid-race red flag, Dunne successfully cleared Oliver Goethe and pulled away to establish a dominant lead. This victory moves him to third in the standings, just eight points behind the new championship leader, Rafael Camara, who secured fourth place. Martinius Stenshorne completed a 1-2 finish for Rodin Motorsport, while Dino Beganovic claimed third.
