How Racing Bulls decided who got the upgrades in Belgium

Racing Bulls Team Principal Alan Permane has explained the decision-making process behind providing only one car with updates for the Belgian Grand Prix. Due to the tight timeframe between Silverstone and Spa, modifying both chassis with new sidepods, roll hoops, and aero components was impossible. To maintain transparency and fairness, Permane consulted with both Liam Lawson and Arvid Lindblad, ultimately deciding that the driver who qualified higher at Silverstone would receive the upgrades first. While Arvid Lindblad receives the updates in Spa, Permane confirmed that the next set of new parts will automatically go to Liam Lawson should a similar logistical challenge arise later in the season. Currently, Racing Bulls is aiming to extend its streak of double-points finishes and surpass Alpine in the Constructors' Championship standings.
