Catch up on the Azerbaijan GP as Verstappen wins
Max Verstappen clinched a dominant victory at the Azerbaijan Grand Prix, closing the championship points gap to 68 after rival Oscar Piastri dramatically crashed out on the opening lap. Verstappen controlled the race in Baku, finishing nearly 15 seconds ahead of George Russell and Carlos Sainz. While Lando Norris could only manage seventh, Kimi Antonelli, Liam Lawson, and Yuki Tsunoda delivered impressive performances, securing fourth, fifth, and sixth places respectively. Ferrari's Lewis Hamilton and Charles Leclerc struggled, settling for eighth and ninth, despite a promising start to the weekend. The chaotic opening lap set the stage for a tactical battle in the subsequent laps.
